Skillz...

Rich having a Blues Brothers moment

Rich and I had a pedal down at the Yarra trails in the morning before I pedaled over to Westgate park for a skills session with some of the Full Gas guys around our usual race course. 8 hours in the saddle rolling around made for a long day, but as always the k's are welcome as you never know when you may be off the bike for a while. And whilst the race car boys say there is no substitute for cubes (cubic inches), in bikes there is no substitute for k's....

Rich on his shiny new ride, the new Cracknfail Rush, in super dooper extra large!!

And Rich was happy to find that she has teeth, and lashed out at the closest flesh after being called cracknfail too many times...
Part of the new cyclocross revolution!

Scenic vistas, and singletracking. Nice way to spend a sunday morning...!

Check out those shorts in the background!!! What the hell is someone doing in public wearing turquoise lyra shorts, running....

And this is my new boat. I think it suits me.
And in keeping with the abruptly nautical theme, I could help but throw on a picture of dinner. Baby squid! They go mental in the pan, and for $3 they taste even better
