Training week

Its been a slow week at work, nice to make a change from the last few weeks of long commutes and long hours. So I was able to get out on the bike for some early morning roll's.

So this weekend, the last weekend of decent training before a series of races, see's us off to a few local MTB parks to see what they have on offer. Hopefully the weather plays nice, and we get some riding done. Speaking of getting it done, Em's bike is on the stand this weekend - the challenge is to make a psuedo road bike out of MTB parts for nothing. AND free up some room in my shelves!!
