Hell ride saturday morning - always a pleasure...! If only roadies would do some work, when will they work out that it is training, and to go fast you have to train hard, not sit in and bludge off the 'stupid mountain bikers'...

Over the weekend, the GRand Prix was in town, and I lucked out again through the generosity and luck of a mate, and scored a grandstand ticket for the race! I was only able to make it to qualifying, but that was sensational as always. I've gone off the GP in the past new years, but with the changes of rules, and the new drivers, I think that I shall be experiencing a renewed interest!





Damm they are noisy things. I had honestly forgotten how loud they are, and didn't take muffs or plugs. Whilst I'm careful at work to wear them, I put about 2 years of hearing damage through in 1 hour by not having them... Next time...! But they are so cool, all except the livery of the Honda team (not the honda engined car above) - how they can corner and accelerate that hard, as well as break 100m past the breaking point for the best Porsches in the country is amazing!

Then, off to a Dead Celebrities party...!

Saddam (have you heard about the new Saddam t-shirts? They hang well, but they're a bit tight around the neck - Rich G.)

Christopher Reeve made an appearance.
