Saturday morning was a good morning to have a pedal on Hell ride, as it finally got some of its teeth back. Its been seriously lacking enthusiasm of late, and with a healthy influx of mountain bikers, we seem to get the suffering up occasionally which is nice, as thats why we go.. So with our entourage of police, we rode up and down the road for a few hours in the wind, and felt pretty good. Bellie was off for another series of hours after that, and Clackers was also there, both boys are looking strong for the 24 Worlds in a few weeks!
Saturday arvo was a flat out preparation on the cruiser getting it ready for a day trip on Sunday,
Wiring up those lights on the back and a few other projects, all of which became mildly irrelevant when the mount snapped. Now I'm no engineer, but I thinks it was a little overwhelmed. Nothing that zip ties and sticks can't fix however!!
Same can't be said for the flat tho... Bugger. really, who flats these days...!?
So that was nice, matt's truck is basically finished, and my truck has a list a mile long to work on. All of which is a pleasant distraction from training in the dark, which is working its way ever closer to the glorious daylight savings!!
More darkness training shall take place this week again, so no pictures of street lights or blackness shall grace this page... Good news is that Winny is back posting. Bad news is that he's pretty much the only one...

What you need is some Stans for that 4X4! No more flats right? :D
'twas a cut about 2 inches wide we found out later. Don't think loctite 406 will help that one... :(
