So its coming to summer eh... The shorts have been broken out once again, the bikes are coming off the wall with more and more regularity (like last night - how good was that weather!!) and we managed to sneak in a little day trip last weekend as well in ScubaSteve. Up to the Jameson side of Lake Eildon we went, the side that is a little harder to access and hence a few less people bother you around there. The lake has more water in it than last time we were there as well, which is a good sign, well better than the water receding...!

Camped on Snobs Ck for the night, a great hidden campsite that fitted the bill perfectly, even if we did have to drive past it 4 times to find the entrance.

Matt had a final corner mischief on our way home, maybe a little hungry into a corner and into the marbles, before nosing it into the bank, getting the whole truck airborne and rolling a tyre off on landing. Who said that thing was top heavy, it stayed on its wheels perfectly! If you look closely in the photo above, there are marks at the top of the photo, then nothing, then more marks further down. It may have traveled a fair way.....

Jacking 'er up to hopefully reseat that pesky tire. Nice 'cruser jack there Matt....

Em, flat out supervising. See the little building in the background, thats were we were finishing up. So close yet so far...

The little ARB locker compressor doing a bangup job, right before it blew the hose apart from heat... Bugger...

ScubaSteve earning his moniker.

Different creek, same concept...

A locker, lift, big tyres, turbo and still going nowhere... The photos naturally don't do it justice, but we both got stuck in that crap. People had had a great old time in there before us, and it was soft as a soft thing, so we bellied out and went noplace...

And a little bit of posing to finish up. I like my truck, alls the better now for a Supercheap Cruise Control install over the past few days. Whilst its not hard, I'd get someone else to do it next time, shall we say... Whats on for your next weekend??
