Don'y you hate sitting on a mobile, on hold... Boo to that...

So Em got out on the road today with her bike, which hasn't seen the light of day for quite some time. Such a wicked winters day, whilst it was cold, it was perfect for rolling along the flat roads of the beach with thousands of other punters! With our own bunch of the usual suspects, we trundled along for a while, and made full use of the day!

Back at home later on, the Cruiser is in full swing, with an upholstered glove box to stop that bloody annoying rattle of solid things on plastic, the wing mirror has now stopped flapping after a bout of Araldite and a cleverly placed washer, the centre console now has cig lighter power outlets, and that glue like substance that took residence on the rear carpet is slowly being removed. And the diff's finally got some extended breathers, sure to bite me on the ass when the suspension lift goes in. But nothing some extenders won't fix!! And finally there is a pile of large diameter steel tubing that may just find it way to being hung on the cruiser, somewhere...!

Saturday was good hitout at hell ride too, with a genuinely nice copper stopping to talk smack with us before the ride, and doing more for public relations that any TV ad could ever do. The bunch sentiment was so much more mellow than when they use the 2 cruisers as battering rams. 1 moto is all it needs just to roam up and down and keep things civil. The pace was on, with a few driving the front of the bunch for some silly reason. Claxton (in his 53x11 again) and Bellie were both there, and made contributions to the pace of the bunch, knowing full well that they would still be riding long after we were home and eating... Troy was out cramming in some training, and wasn't having the greatest morning, but hammered along none the less.

I don't have any pics worth posting so I'll put some up of the Wonnangatta trip, as it was so much damm fun!

Chase the sun this weekend, another smash fest, this time only for 5 hours, with Jason back for a full strength team!
