How about that for a morning?? A beautiful still saturday morning and I'm back off to hell ride, lovin it! Turns out the US based Aussies were turning up today, so the front of the bunch was decked out in teams like Navigators, Colavita, and some other teams like Davitamon and Unibet. And these aren't just the punters in the gear, the boys must all be home for our season and the festive season. So it was on, on the way home.

And as a sidebar, whilst I don't purport to have any saintly qualities when it comes to road rules, I can understand the restraints on hell ride particularly and the attention it recieves. When the so called pro's roll up and take hell ride back to the dark ages, its a pain in the ass to tar the rest of the well behaved bunch with the same brush. As pro riders, they should know better, and act more responsibly. They could very well be the ones that attract yet more unneeded attention to what is one of the best training rides going around. Jumping gutters, truck and car sitting, running reds, a piss poor effort on their behalf.

On a lighter note, saw the Randall boys and the rest of the spoken gang out and about...
