Off to the Dandenongs for a very early morning with a few boys, as we all had stuff to get back for.

With a hurried start, I had it pinned just to get there, and pretty much had done my dash before it even started. Up the Elbow, we were all in the hurt box, with Johnny stretching his legs post Nationals, and the rest of us either chewing the stem or just watching....

Heart rate heaps was the go for the early's until it all settled down and we started to have some fun. There was quite possibly the most amount of people I've ever seen out there, plenty of bunches and most very well behaved.

With the storms and such, this was one of many homes to be damaged. Inside when this fell was 3 kids and their mother, fortunately they were all on the floor watching television, but the tree totally collapsed the roof!


Jase was out to hurt some people, with some solid power climbing all day long. That Ascend seems to be workin there!


Grover was back out on the bike after a bit of a layoff


Sadly it was almost minutes after beating me in a rolling race, Grover was telling me about how good his latex tubes were.... Fast yes, reliable, for the most part, unlucky- for sure!


And like all of us, we're never far from a mouthful of food...!


A good morning was had by all, and we were back in time for a wedding. Me wearing a suit... Well, there would be a photo somewhere...
