Catching cancer

Now I know its only a small bit of the dreaded rust, but there was a few spots of it, and its always better to get onto it early right?? So off came the top to turn it into the Hawaii beast, and out with the killrust and bog, and a lashing of paint and the lid goes back on tonight... Now I know that the color ain't quite going to match, but hey, when have I done something properly. That takes time, and time I don't have a great deal of spare, so its as good as can be!! Needless to say, I'm happy with the outcome, it should give me a few more years grace anyway, and I've always wanted to see what it looks like topless.

So before..
Then, convertible..

Amazing what lurks under the roof, this little treasure would have been hidden for years, slowly going about its work as time goes by. But I getted him now, so he and his friends will have to start rustin somewhere else!!

All bogged up, the Red Baron gets some Marrenello (sp?) Red for that go fast effect! No expense spared here-

So all done for the tray! The roofrack is next to undergo surgery....
